Visitation for Thomas will be held on Thursday, January 13, 2022, at ST. Thomas was preceded in death by a special aunt and godmother, Barbara Baumgart. He is further survived by his maternal grandparents, Eugene and Sally Quella paternal grandparents, Richard and Elaine Sullivan 16 aunts and uncles, 30 cousins, and 23 second-cousins. Thomas is survived by his parents five siblings Michal (Abbey), Jaclyn (fiancé Luke), Ashley (Drew) Zajkowski, Amber and Paige a niece Everly and a faithful companion, Mo. His contagious smile will always be remembered. Thomas was always smiling and his smile would light up the room. At Sunday mass, he was sure to have the best seat in church, facing the choir of course. His family sang them to him every day and it instantly brought a smile to his face. The ABC’s were his go to and by far his favorite. His preferred playlist consists of 22 songs by various artists including Frank Sinatra and Nat King Cole. In true Thomas fashion he overcame numerous medical challenges and defied many odds. He had an admirable determination for life. Shortly after his birth, their family relocated to Wisconsin where he lived the remainder of his life.įrom early on, Thomas’ family knew he had a beautiful soul and a tender heart. Thomas was born on Apto Chris and Carol (Quella) Sullivan, while stationed in Oxnard, CA. On Saturday, January 8, 2022, Thomas was unexpectedly called to his heavenly home, with his loving parents by his side.
